I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lotus Asian Cuisine and I must say their butter chicken was a true standout dish. From the moment it was placed in front of me I could tell that this was going to be a special meal. The aroma of the chicken combined with the rich creamy sauce and perfectly cooked rice filled the air and had my mouth watering in anticipation. As soon as I took my first bite I was blown away by the depth of flavor. The chicken was incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned while the sauce had just the right amount of creaminess and a hint of spice to give it that extra kick. The addition of fresh herbs and spices only added to the complexity of the dish making it one of the most delicious butter chickens I have ever tasted. The portion size was incredibly generous and the dish was presented beautifully making it not only delicious but also aesthetically pleasing. The staff at Lotus Asian Cuisine were attentive friendly and knowledgeable about the menu making for an overall enjoyable dining experience. If you are a fan of Asian cuisine I highly recommend Lotus Asian Cuisine and their butter chicken. It is a dish that truly showcases the skills and expertise of the chefs at this restaurant and is sure to satisfy even the most discerning foodie. Nice food and pleasant hosts. Tried butter chicken and prawn dish. It was really yummy. Lassi was very tasty too
